Bobby Casey, pictured in his 20s. He enjoyed a close friendship with Willie Clancy and they emigrated to London in 1952 together in search of employment during the post war boom there. Willie returned home a few years later but Bobby remained in the UK. He was a constant presence during successive Summer Schools until his death in 2000.
